Though Ethiopia only grows about 3-4% of the world’s coffee supply, it is home to some of the greatest variety. Thousands of varieties actually grow wild in the mountains. This particular coffee is grown in the Sidama region in southwest Ethiopia. It is a high elevation coffee (1500-2200 meters above sea level).
Tasting notes on this coffee include golden raisin and green tea with cane sugar sweetness and medium acidity.
